I am looking for some good blackjack training software. I was very excited about what the Blackjack Count Analyzer has to offer, but am looking for something that runs in Windows XP. Does anyone have any suggestions?

go to www.qfit.com, look at CVBJ for the blackjack card counting training stuff, and CVCX or CVData to run sims of various games to determine the best way to beat them.

You can download trial versions to play with. They are "full versions" in every way except that all "5" cards are replaced with "J" cards when you play. You can see how it works, you can try the drills, but if you try to play the casino game and count you will end up with - counts all the time due to the 4 missing 5's and 4 extra 10's in every deck. :)
If you like it, you can call Norm, give 'im your credit card, and he can give you a license key over the phone so that you can get rid of the above limitation on the spot and start playing/practicing for real while waiting for the physical CD/owner's manual to arrive.
Hard to go wrong trying it...
