Do any of you play with a session loss limit?

I think many of us do, RTR Risk to Ruin ratio, how much are you willing to risk and what is the amount that will ruin you as I like to think of it.
Hear are my session rules ... I never sit down at a table if I don't have over 40 hands worth of cash to play with. $ 5 table min. bank $ 200, $ 25 table min. $ 1000
you get and idea. If and I lose half my bank it's time for a break and look for a different table of lesser value or end my session for the day.

Next day session I take the remainder of my first day and add it to my second session making my bank whatever % larger. Then the same rule applies if i lose.

I have had so many sessions like this one - lose a thousand - take a marker - lose $700 - start winning - cash out up over $3000 w a net win of about $1000 for the session. That was 2 hours plus a bit. So I am not a fan of loss limits. I remember that so well because Ian Anderson sat down the last 20 minutes and played at first base. He bagged a bit over $15,000.00 betting from less than a hundred to 800/900 or so. This was well over 10 years ago. The demo he put on that chased the pit boss away was a true work of art.

If you quit after losing half your bankroll, then your bankroll was half of what you started with.

I prefer to keep my buyins below $10,000 because of CTR's. With cashouts I prefer less than $5,000. Ideally I'd like my cashouts to be lower than that to lower my chances of ID harassment at the cage. At the green chip level this is easier to do, and red chip players could pull this off their entire career if they never raise the stakes.
