Reality, most EC games are 8dk with 2+ cut off.
To get better profitablity, with a Semi Wong a 6dk nms shoe entry in hi-limit games, das, nrsa,LS, S17,1.3 pen and dropping out at TC-1, would a 1 to 6 spread be profitable? I realize 1-12 play all may be standard for 6dk, but hoping semi-wong will reduce SD,variance, heat, and RoR

I just addressed the same issue on the theory page for double deck. The general answer to your question is found in Schlesinger's Blackjack Attack 3. Specifically using the game you presented I ran a sim in CVData. For a $50 unit with 1-6 spread maxing at 6 units at a TC of 4 I got the following:
W/O at<=-1 SCORE of 17.66 with a win rate of $32 per hour (playing about 30 of 100 hands observed)
W/O at<=-2 SCORE of 25.36, win rate of $51 per hour(playing about 58% of observed hands)
Play all SCORE of 10.32 and win rate of $34 per hour. (The win rate is higher than when W/O at <=-1 because of more total action per hour but with more risk so the SCORE is lower.)
