SCORE
Just finished reading Chap.9, of BJA 3 regarding SCORE and enjoyed Don's thesis in regard to the proper usage of the term. Was disappointed that he has given up on trying to preserve the true meaning. I think there is real value in knowing the score (pun) and using SCORE correctly. I thought Benchmark SCORE would do the trick, but apparently that term has not caught on. How about True SCORE to distinguish from the common but incorrect usages?
