Resorts East Chicago question
I was backed off from blackjack when it was Harrah's, a couple years ago, and was thinking about checking out the new scene and dipping my toes in the water. Am curious how the new player's club works. If I start a new card under the same name (my real name) I used at Harrah's, will they "know" I was previously backed off? (Are they "merging" the old players club with the new?)
