Did anyone have a bad experience with this internet casino? it seems they are having some problems: no one is answering the phone except a recorded message. They are no longer answering my e-mails, and live chat does not seem to be working. i requested a cash out on May 10th (after waiting to receive the stupid PIN in the mail) of several hundred dollars, but I am not a winner, and I am getting very nervous.
