depending on the count, of course. the counting system you use does not affect the % advantage you have at any given point; rather, it provides a system of measuring such an advantage to varying degrees of accuracy.
With the table conditions you mentioned, a 1-2% advantage is realistically attainable -- assuming you have 3:2 payout on the blackjacks. Nowadays, "single deck LV Strip rules" usually mean that awful 6:5 payout. in which case, you are better off playing a 6-deck shoe or, preferably, a doubledeck with decent penetration (still available, typically at the quarter chip level).
