Program for every card removed

I am looking for a program that is based upon knowing every card that is removed. Or even someone who could make a program for that. Just to be clear, I am not looking for a + or - card counting table. If a 3,7,10 were removed I could put that into the program and it would let me know to hit, stand, split etc. I know there are a few that have been made in the past but I haven't been able to find one. I would also be willing to pay. Any help would be very appreciated.

That was exactly what I'm looking for.Thank you!! I would love to be able to download it though, I'd even be willing to pay for it. His or her current website seems to still be partially under construction.
