My question is: why I have to bet 25$ at count per deck zero? That means that if I don't change my bet value (no spead) I always win.

I asked a similar question a few days ago. I think that betting scheme is simple, and also you are almost even with the casino (slightly negative -.18 to about -.5 depending on rules and # of decks) at the beginning. Also it may be good for cover! and also 50% of the time count will be negative after the first round-which means you had high cards in the first round.
So if I don't care about the cover, I should play this way: min table bet when the win rate is negative and max table bet when the win rate is positive. I would play: 10$ all negative -- zero, 200$ +1 -- all positive. I understand that for the game like this I need a lot of money.
