Arnold Snyder and John Leib reviewed this system and concluded it probably had a NEGATIVE player edge of at least 2%. Snyder invited Benson and Jacobs to submit their system for a computer sim, but I never heard whether that eventually happened or not.
It was called "Power Numbers Blackjack" at that time. You can find references to "Power Blackjack" by the same 2 guys on google.com.
