On p. 142 and 146 of Blackjack For Blood, Bryce Carlson lists playing adjustments for Hs17 and Late Surrender.
But what if the table offers BOTH rules?
Specifically, at what true count does one Hit, Stand or Surrender for the following totals?
17 vs. A
16 vs. A
15 vs. A
12 vs. 6
