Pit signals & AP

I'd like to get the overall consensus of the list on this.

One of my favorite casinos has never put any heat on me due to the way I modify my play. I play for hours sometimes on the same table; no heat.

Yet, the female pitbosses, everytime they see me sit down will have the dealer spread a new deck.

It baffles me, usually a new deck means: 'please leave, we have counter measures for you'.

But they do not ever have a pit boss standing over me nor do I notice them on the phone often.

Are they saying, "We do not understand or know how you are beating us, but we know you are a good AP!"

What is the message?

Most of the time, a new deck does not have any effect upon my game.

...assume that they think your 'lucky wins' come via marked/old cards. There is no logical reason to crack open a new deck when you sit down, but since when did casno's act logically ;)

I have watched, and the new deck is put in many times when I sit down. But not on other tables like the hourly or timed unison switch.

Even though I improvise by progression mixed in; they still veiw me as a threat.

Never even a pit boss over me; no heat!

Of course, in all the hours they have had watching me, they suspect me of something.

They just can't figure it, because they are trained to watch counters and cheats.

I wasn�t clear on one thing. When you sit down and they change the deck, was this a dead table? If so, it may be completely innocent.

Some casinos have a policy that they won�t open new cards unless there is a customer there to witness that all cards are present. Now, maybe the cards were due for changing 15 minutes ago. But since the table was dead, they couldn�t do that. They wait until a new player comes, and then they change them.

Now, if there are other players there, and they wait until the moment you sit down, it may mean something. Why would do that?

Surprising as it may seem, some casinos are superstitious. They may believe in various types of Voodoo. This may be a Voodoo strategy to reduce your win rate. I had a casino do something similar to me.

Whenever I would win in a plus count, they would send in a new dealer to burn a card. I think they thought it was breaking up my flow. Eventually, they resorted to more proven counter-measures, and just backed me off.

No, there is always someone at the tables. I do not want to be as obvious as a counter by playing head up!

Plus the deck goes through too many extremens in head up play; with 2-3 people generally I win at least once in 2-4 hands dealt. It works for my progression; and YES I do count cards and use(BS, 5 count, plus/minus).

YES, they send in these usually Asian gals, too, who re-act as if tips mean nothing; they are 'house gals'{who act like minimum wages are next to God} who shuffle everytime the bets go higher.

Dont't you just hate em?

I mean I have had security follow me out of the casino, down the street, at **smaller casinos**, waiting to veiw my liscense plate on my car, I guess. But never called to the back room!
