If Ivey loses the Borgata case, will that open the door for casinos to sue other players like card counters to get back their money?

Casino implosions always draw a crowd. I suppose it's the players getting the last laugh after being screwed over for so many years.

The Traymore never made it to the casino era. It was imploded in 1972:

The implosion is at the beginning of the Bruce Springsteen music video "Atlantic City." Philadelphia gangster Phillip "The Chicken Man" Testa did not live in the famed hotel and had nothing to do with gambling in Atlantic City.

I'm sorry that I never made it to the Breakers. I never was the Traymore. I did get to see the Blenheim from the outside, as it had closed in 1977, before Resorts International opened in 1978.

It could establish a case law precedent without it beccoming a bonafide statute. It is essentially by court decree.

I've never seen those photos. I knew AC was an entertainment center but had no idea what was there. Awesome hotels. Why the hell didn't they save some of those!

The Ivey case is on parallel to the two slot bandits that were hung out to dry by the feds some time ago. They were able to exploit a programming flaw on a certain make and model through the machine's double pay feature. They forfeited the winnings plus got jail time. One operated in PA and the other in Las Vegas.
