P F Chang's Credit Card Security Breach
In case you haven't read there was a security breach of credit card info at P F Chang's restaurants.
Among the stores whose records were breached is their Planet Hollywood restaurant on the Strip. If you used a credit or debit card between 4/10/2014 - 6/11/2014 at that store, monitor your account carefully. You may want to have credit/debit cards issued with a new number.
