Optimal bet spread

I have one question for Mr.John Auston(conditions,6D,S17, DAS,DA2,LS,ENHC,65%pen and 75%pen respectively):What is the optimal bet spread(considering the great risk to be backed off,just want to know theoretically)for the 2 cases using KO count(full matrix)?
