Pen at Niagara is 70% or so, new Seneca on U.S. side is slightly better. Brantford, Gananoque, and Rama about 75%, Blue Heron is slightly better.
Hull and Montreal used to have both bad pen and hitting soft 17, but I believe they stand now.
