# of Single Deck Burn Cards
At a single deck high limit table, I saw a dealer burn about 8 or so cards off the top before beginning the deal.
1) How common is this practice of burning more than one card for single deck play?
2) For single deck, don't most casinos burn ONE card - no more/no less?
3) For single deck, do any casinos burn zero cards?
