O/U 13; 20 Total (side bets)
Does any place in southern Nevada still offer over/under 13? If so, where, and what is the min/max bet relative to the table limit, and what is the payoff?
I vaguely remember seeing a side bet on the first two player cards totaling exactly 20, but can't recall where I saw this or what the payoff is. Also, I don't think I've ever seen a hi-lo index number for taking this side bet, though it must exist.
Any info would be most appreciated.
