At a no mid-shoe entry table a person asks to play a hand with you meaning you put their chip under yours. People have done this to me...non-counters and I once did this to my friend (who isn't a card counter and he was playing heads-up). The one time I did it to my friend, I was down $1300 and done playing for the night. I was watching him play and the edge got up to 5%! So i threw a black chip under his bet and let it ride. After the shoe was over, I was up $500. It was a $1800 dollar swing! Anyway, my question is, Can I do this to a stranger without looking suspious? I see people do it all the time and the time I did it, it was with my friend. But if you watch a table (back-counting), and start throwing blackjack chips under his bet and are successful, Is that a give-away that youre a counter?
