A game with the moniker Free Bet Blackjack has recently emerged in my area. Trying to get an idea of how much worse it is than regular BJ. My estimation is -0.67.
Here are the conditions.

3/2
DAS
Double on two cards only
RSA-one card
"Free Doubles" on hard totals of 9, T, 11 with any number of cards. The player OB is matched with a free bet buttton and player gets one additional card.
At the hand's conclusion, the player can lose the OBO.
On a push, the player his OBO.
On a win, the player gets back the original bet plus winnings equal to double the wager.
Dealer pushes on 22.
"Free Splits" on any pair except Ts. The player's pair is divided into two one card hands. The player's original bet is placed with the first hand and a free bet button is placed with the second hand. Each hand is played out in sequence and entitled to a free double or split on both hands. Winning hands call for the free bet button to be replaced with real chips equal to the OB. With pushes and losing hands, the dealer takes back the free bet button.
