Minimum Age 18 Casinos (Northeast preferably)

I live in Maryland and have been counting for the past 6-7 months and will be turning 21 next month. I am training two of my friends right now but the problem is that they won't turn 21 for another year or so. I think I remember reading about some casino cruises in NY that has minimum gambling age of 18. Can anyone else tell confirm this and/or suggest other places where the minimum gambling age is 18?
