I personally use CV Blackjack and CVCX. CVBJ offers lots of drills, plus lets you play with any rules you want to practice against, it will watch your betting and play and point out errors as they occur, etc. The drills are as good as it gets. CVCX is one of two products qfit produces for simulation. You can specify rules, run sims, determine how your betting spread or ramp will perform, what your expected profit is, etc.
I have not tried any other software, so can't comment on how good or bad they might be. I do know that CV seems to offer everthing I could imagine wanting, and then some...
