mental counting

Lets say u play 6-deck games.After every betting i just view prewious cards.When there are major small cards overflow etc 8 small cards vs 3 big cards.Then i triple my bet next rounds.After every round i zeroing counter.I only make rebet,if things are favorable to raise bet
when i play 3 spot .The ratio between the cards should be 7:3 or 10:4 or smthat least to ma
Advantages
I dont have to memorize,do i have +3 or -3
I need only 1 sec look to table (I can talk with other players,relax and so on)

I know that my edge is less than real counter
But do i have some advantages over the house in long term mental counting?

PS.I want to use it casinos when basic strategy plying misedge vs house is very tiny

First of all, even if you were doing real card counting a spread of one to three won't get an edge at a 6 deck game. But you have to track the ratio of high to low cards for the entire shoe, not just round to round. It doesn't appear that you're read a single book on card counting yet. You need to read a couple of good books and then practice counting cards at home either with a deck, or on a computer program (better). There are shareware programs to get you started and you can buy better ones when you become serious. For now you should stay away from casinos.

What you are proposing is worthless. Save time and mileage. Just write the casino of your choice a check, and mail it in with a thank you note.

in the begining of my BJ play. I was some what successful at it. (see my profile) I was able to do it though only on single deck. Anything more is quite impossible unless your a "Rainman". However, it is not accurate. Don't waste your time. Learn to count.

Triple your bet when you have 8 low cards to 3 high cards in a round? Yes, that would be over a +5 TC on average. Use that with good play strategy and he would be both a winner and get a good number of backoffs.

Everyone seems to think there is no edge here. What you are doing is called Board Counting. It is explained in Fred Renzey's Blackjack Bluebook. I will say though, you still need to play somewhat basic strategy but certain hands need to be played differently. I won't go through them all but 9 vs 3, A2-5 vs 3,4, 12 vs 4, and 16 vs 10. These borderline hands are important to know for a basic strategy player because simple board counting can change your decision based on HEAVY (many tens) or LIGHT (many lows) boards.

That said, if you are going to be a serious player, you need to learn at least Hi/Lo counting, and how to take advantage of other people's doubles/splits/insurance bets.
