Law on carrying cash
I've read a lot about money being confiscated under drug laws. You then have to pay legal fees to get your money back in excess of the amount confiscated. This was prevalent in FL. I just read my weekly BJ email and it told of a lady with $49K or so. What's the rule on carrying cash? Is $2,000 too much? How much is too much and if you have no criminal record of any type, ever, how do they justify taking your cash? etc...??? Thank you.
