Lady Luck Single Deck!?

has anyone played this game at lady luck? single deck, cards dealt up, DAS, double on any 2 cards, but bj pays even money. i played for a couple of hours and steadily lost (using bs & high-low). is this game hard to beat or did i just have rotton luck?

This is called double exposure and you were mostly losing due to bs since I assume you were trying to use the bs for normal blackjack. Check out the bs for this game at:

Are you certain it was single deck??? Not dealt from a multi-deck shuffler that spits out one deck at a time?

They have Superfun 21, which you describe above, and they have a normal well-dealt single deck, that is open sporadically.

But if you have any skill at all, you'll be quickly, and usually rudely, backed off either one.

game. The dealers cards are dealt normally (1up/1down). It is Superfun 21. LVBear is right. 2 weeks ago I took home a nice win at LL's 2D game. Occasionally I would see the pen at 75-80% from most dealers, but not all..

thanks for the web link...it was definately hand held single deck with no csm and you're right, i was using bs for standard single deck game.

we got to the tables about noon on a weekday and this particular table had just opened. since i was playing with non-counter relatives, my "tourist" cover was pretty good...that's when the dealer whipped-out a laminated card with the special rules. the pit crew (i recall one woman) didn't seem to focus too much on the table, but i'm a red chip low roller spreading 1-3, so maybe i came in under the radar plus my luck was terrible at that time.

Yes, I see now. I originally saw "cards dealt up" and thought he was referring to the double exposure game they sometimes have. Of course he still has a bs problem that the Wiz can solve:
