KO system
Hi!
I know only of one book,"Knockout Blackjack" Vancura,Fuchs.Are there any other good books on KO system,because I wanted to know more about the most important feature(and strongest point of KO,pointed by John Auston)-when (at what RC) to put the maximum bets.I play 6D games,DAS,DA2,EHHR(I play in Europe),Late Surrender and the penetration varies from 60% to 75%.Thanks in advance,any help greatly apreciated,because I have only that book and also there some mistakes in CV(V4)in the data about KO system.
