You want an honest and true review of JPs gambling strat and videos.. I bought them Ill tell you. I have never written a BJ book, but I can tell you what is there.

Jp's strat is that you are going to lose money in the long run no matter what you do.. so here is the way to lose less slower.

It is a scared money blackjack system. Period.

It does not bare out in sims, and it does not follow any logic other than .. put less money on the table slower stand alot.. and pray for a miracle of luck.

His advice while not the worst a person could use, is useless to anyone who wants to play better than even BJ at the casino.

Don on the other hand who has a very loud personality wrote a great book on the game full of figures and calcs backed by sims. While he can be a bit abrasive, he is to my knowledge one of the great BJ minds in the game today.

If his God complex is showing its because diety for him in BJ knowledge is not far off.

Would I want to be stranded on a island with him? No...

But when it comes to BJ knowledge and determining the value of literature and systems.. he does his homework, takes his job serious and has earned a bit if respect from this counter..

I always laugh when I read this kind of remark (and you're not alone), because those who truly know me well, and for a long time, will tell you how very far off the mark it really is from my true personality. I couldn't be further in real life from the kind of person portrayed by this kind of description. What is true, of course, is that I suffer fools very badly. And, when I take people to task for being charlatans or for making disruptive posts on these and other pages, the civil libertarians are quick to side with the poor, maligned "underdog."

So, I'll be happy to continue to take abuse for that kind of behavior, because I continue to believe that posting to these and other boards is a privilege, not a right, and, if people believe they have a God-given inalienable right to make jackasses of themselves in public, I have just as much right to warn newcomers which posters not to take seriously. It would be strange for someone to defend the malcontents' rights without defending mine, too, wouldn't it?
