Looking for position with count team.

If so, this is normally not a way that people get involved with legitimate teams. Being part of a team is not usually something that can be considered a "job" -- it is being a partner in a business enterprise.

Your experience as a former casino employee (per your Profile) will likely be looked upon as a negative, partly because of trust issues. Casino employees are held in low regard by many advantage players and team managers, and loyalties you might have to people still in the casino business will be brought into question. It's a hurdle you will have to overcome.

You need to provide some information about yourself, if you expect to be taken seriously by those in a position to consider contacting you. What do you bring to the table that is useful to a team?

Be aware that it is extremely unlikely that anyone will contact you, and be alert to the possibility that someone contacting you may be a fraudster. Good luck.

Where were you a dealer and where are you now?

I broke in a s a 21 dealer dn tn Vegas. Then learned roulette and craps, and became a suit. I've mostly sat box, but had numerous 21 floor positions in Vegas, Reno, river boats and tribal casinos. A guy taught me Revere's advanced pt ct in 1979, who moved next door to me at the Cottage Grove apts. He played on graveyard with aliases, using a 1-4 green ck betting strategy with the ct, but only increasing if he won the previous bet. It didn't occur to him that we could play as a team. I didn't have much money, as I was going to UNLV also. I taught him a way of counting a deck faster to practice, and we discussed what the casinos were thinking.

If you can sell autos you can play blackjack without being detected. What I would be concerned about is someone like you, a former suit, detecting Me.
