Initial bet advantage against Total bet advantage which is better...

I seem to be getting that the IBA OR Initial Bet Advantage is greater than the TBA or Total Bet Advantage. Wouldn't the TBA only go down if we lost splits and double downs

I seem to be getting that the IBA OR Initial Bet Advantage is greater than the TBA or Total Bet Advantage. Wouldn't the TBA only go down if we lost splits and double downs

The formula for advantage is EV/Bet. If the total bet is larger than the initial bet, the advantage is going to be smaller (unless, of course, the EV is 0 or negative).
