Playing with HiLo? Schlesinger's Blackjack Attack v.3 and/or Wong's Professional Blackjack has the indices.
Then, get Casino Verite' Blackjack for practice (QFIT.com). On second thought I think the indices are already included in CVBJ. What a deal.
