They ran me out of Biloxi on Tuesday, closing all the casinos and hotels at noon. Got caught in the US 49 nightmare -- about an hour to get from US 90 & US49 to US 49 & I10. Lightened up a little bit after that for about 20 miles, then opened up nicely, until US 49 came to a dead stop about 30 miles south of Jackson. Finally, I made a U across the median and backtracked about 8 miles, picked up MS 13 to I20, jogged east to MS 35, thence to MS 21 & 15 to find a good, reasonably priced, motel in Louisville, MS. Drove back home from there.
On the way, I had a look at the Choctaw casinos near Philadelphia. There are NO playable games there. Save your time, trouble, gas, and wear and tear on your car. It's now nothing more than a sucker trap.
From the TV news, doesn't look like Gulfport or Biloxi are going to get hit too badly. Hopefully, I can go back next week or the week after.
P.S. Yes, I was doing well. In fact, for the first time ever, I actually beat the President! Something I had never been able to do before modifying my betting strategy somewhat.
