I'm looking for an old friend.

I'm trying to locate Mr. Bob Hubby, author of "Blackjack Tracker."
The telephone numbers I have for him have been disconnected and his e-mail address is no longer valid, nor is his home address.
Does anyone know what's happened to him, or how I can reach him? If so, please e-mail me, or ask him to contact me.
Your help is appreciated.

you may want to try...

"who where", or similar search engines easily found on Google.

If the former address isn't too old, is it possible you may have known a neighbor who can steer you in the right direction? I would also consider a call to the local postmaster of the last known address, hoping to find a forwarding, or at least last known address of whom you seek.

Would the publisher of "Blackjack Tracker" have a valid address to send royalty checks?

No doubt for a fee, your friend could be found by a PI, but that gets a little pricey.
