the casino make a gross error when dealing with vp machines. Twice in the last 2 months I have heard vp machine progressives which were messed up and overpaid causing a huge edge for the player. Ex. a quarter dueces wild machine where straight flush reset to $62.50 instead of $12.50 and you got that included the dueces and the Wild Royal which was only 125 coins. My question, are these just gross errors or does the casino ever do this on purpose (on just a few machines) to increase their total monthly/yearly 97% payback status. Surely not but if these machines were "hidden" and not played they would never hurt the casino. Both games were "found" and after several days of play, turned off (one on me) in the middle of the day. Also, how does one go about finding out where the surplus progressive go without sounding like an advantage player? Thanks in advance.
