I would bet that hOOters will try to capitalize on the franchise name (read that as another tourist trap on the way)...thus good blackjack conditions will never be found there...can you say 6:5 single deck?
One hope they offer a decent sports book.
Maybe they'll have a decent poker room.
But you're right. They'll almost certainly NOT have decent BJ rules. Or reasonable odds on anything else for that matter.
New properties often offer excellent conditions - at least during the opening week or so.
They need to overcome some obstacles, e.g. a poor location and a small establishment. They will be looking to create a customer base A S A P and may even offer bonuses that are unudual, profitable, and exploitable !
