High cards always come out at beginning

Hi all. I play this one particular place, and no matter what, the high cards are always coming out at the beginning, and the count is always staying negative, even well into the shoe. This is happening at this one spot every time, for quite some time. Could they be doing some funny business to make this happen? It really is frustrating. Thanks.

Normally a player must have the final cut and they have to respect this cut. Watch carefully what the dealer does before putting the cards into the shoe.Even if everything is done correctly they could still cheat by giving the cut card always to the same player who is a shill. The best way to counter this is to ask for the cut card and see what happens.
But frankly, I still believe it's just a coincidence. If they really wanted to cheat, they should actually place the high cards at the very end of the shoe.

I can't believe that any casino would do this on purpose. It would cause the house to lose consistently to flat-betting civilians because they would always be playing the when the high cards came out and never play the bad minuses that would be shuffled away.

Not knowing your experiance or skill, and meaning no disrespect, are you certain that you are using your count sytem correctly and that the system you are using actually works?

I can't prove it, but I believe it was a tactic they used after IDing me as a counter.

I adjusted by betting 4 units off the top until I experienced a loss, then going to betting the count (which usually meant a single unit each hand until the shuffle). After the 3rd session of my doing that quite profitably, the cards returned to "normal."
