Hard to find Indexes for Double Deck

I purchased Kevin Blackwood's " Play Blackjack Like the Pro's" for the sole purpose of learning about HI OPT II and a listing of the indexes to be used against a Double Deck Game with these rules; Dealer Stands S17, No surrender allowed, Double any first two cards, Double after Splitting allowed, 68 to 73% penetration. There is a single matrix for Hi Opt II multi-deck games near the end of the book. Is there different indexes for Double Deck, or will the ones listed as multi-deck work just fine? If not, where might I find the Indexes that I need that will help me beat this game?

John Auston's BJRM 2002 has, in its Systems 101 section, the I18 for 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 decks, for many different counts, including Hi Opt II.

CV software will generate indices for any count, any number of decks, any rules set.

But, bottom line: You surely don't need to lose any sleep using multi-deck indices for a two-deck game.

I wrote a question about splitting tens, but then deleted it, now I'm not sure again. Did the I18 consider all ten denominations spittable (i.e. 10-10, 10-king, king-queen, jack-jack)? Sorry for the repost.

The casino rules on splitting tens can vary where I play. Some places the 10's have to match, some places it's no picture cards, and some places all are allowed.

If it's no picture cards, the probability of occurrence of an index play, say 10 10 vs 6, has now been reduced to 1/16th of the original -stuff I need to be aware of
