I would like some feedback, if anybody has experience from this "school".
I am bs player now, I would like to lower the house edge as close 0% as possible.
Currently I visist Vegas about 5 times a year, and have gaming available in the Kansas City metro area. Would this "school" be worth paying ($900) for the amount of my current play?

I'm not familiar with the "school," but I can't imagine spending $900 to learn how to play blackjack when any good book can provide you with the fundamentals at a cost of $30 or less. Add to that a subscription to Green Chip and access to its archives at an annual cost of less than $50, and you are still a far shot from $900.
Assuming a typical Strip six-decker with a 0.26% house advantage for a basic strategy player, $900 is the equivalent of more than 13,000 hands of play, or 130 hours. If you learned how to count and played that game with a play-all strategy and 4.5 decks of penetration, using a 1-12 spread with a $25 base bet, you would expect to earn $45.40 per 100 hands. You could learn how to do that by purchasing any good book that offers the Hi-Lo system. You could also learn how to do better than that from books like Professional Blackjack and Blackjack Attack or from studying the archives on Green Chip.

Definitely 100% hype and 99% BS. I wouldn't buy the course if it was $10. Any so called "secret method" selling for $900 is just a way to scam you out of your hard earned dollars. Frank Scoblete and company make their money writing books and articles and giving seminars. If his craps methods really worked casinos would back people off for advantage play at craps. He also wouldn't need to make money writing books and giving seminars. Don't get me wrong, Scoblete understands gaming and odds (even if he may teach flawed methods to his students). But he also understands on how to profit by fooling the average person into thinking anyone can beat the casinos with very little time. All they have to do is part with $900 and he will show them how. How is this any better than what the casinos do? Don't be a sucker, just say NO.

Are you sure it is not Dealer School? That is about the cost for it.
I've wondered if people in my area would pay to take class's on advantage play. I could't image that many people willing to put the time and effort into learning it. But day in and out I see people at the casino playing a losing game. Any one ever been to or taught class's? Or even know of schools / courses that offer this?
I'm sure there are a few people who make a lot of money playing blackjack,the majority of us win a little lose a little.
The big winners apart from the casinos are the people who sell strategies, software, books, those that charge money to post and read messages.
There is plenty of free information available to improve your game without having to contribute to these people.
This is one informative site and what they charge for Green Chip membership plus an occaisional issue of CBJN more than pays for itself. To put this site, others like it and the many books written by great minds on the subject, and call them one big con, shows great ignorance. The wheat must be seperated from the chaff and then whats left is an investment. Caveat Emptor!
There are quite a few folks who post on this site who have made good money simply from playing blackjack. A few of them make their living at it. In addition, there are many "recreational" players who make a nice side income from the game. I would venture a guess that each and every one of them started out by reading a good book on the topic. Most of them then read more books, used software and subscribed to pages like Green Chip to hone their skills even further. The good stuff isn't a scam.
And so I would strongly disagree with you. I basically called Scoblete a con for his golden tough blackjack seminars but I by no means put everyone that writes BJ literature or runs a BJ web site into that category. This website has been the cornerstone of my career, which is going quite well.

this board who play fulltime blackjack for a living (me included). Granted, most people on BJ21 are casual counters, but your blanket statement about blackjack and strategy authors is a bit off base.
Regarding GTBJ, the system will get the money, but more powerful systems are availiable for considerably less money. (Rather than several hundred bucks for the GT Seminar, you could buy Professional Blackjack for $14 bucks (or whatever the price is).
