I have analysed adamb's payout table for his chipless BJ and came to the conclusion that the odds for this sidebet are in general quite fair. However the only situations that can be exploited are stiffs (totals between hard 12 and hard 16) against a low dealer upcard because these are the most sensitive to the count. They obey the following equation:
b*p = (100-b)*10 where b is the dealer's bust rate and p the payout
This results in the formula b = 1000/(p+10) which is the required dealer bust rate in percent for breaking even.
I found that a TC of +2 is enough to turn the advantage in favour of the player.
