Flow of Cards Part II

I was playing at a $25 minimum table at Foxwoods in CT last night.
When the shoe is good I like to spread 10x over 2 hands so $25 x 5 for each hand.

The dealer quoted me "if you don't play the same way you were playing and you come in and out then I have a better chance to pull 20, 21, bj's. All the other players agreed and started to bet only one hand EVERY time never skip a turn or bet two hands, there was 6 seats and 3 open so we all could have played 2 and some 3 hands, they sounded real but the cards have no memory, this stupidity and suspicious amazes me!

Any questions, any truth behind this?
I am talking about a normal shoe from say -1 , 0 and +1 neutral to speak for most of the game.... I get so heated when people keep yelling at me for skipping a hand (in negative counts) or playing 2 in positive.

It is pure voodoo, superstition and BS (not basic strategy).

The problem for you is that the dealers and players all believe that some magical power keeps you winning when winning and losing when losing.
The flow can be used to your advantage sometimes.
Negative count and you justlost a hand. I am sitting out the rest of this shoe to change the flow!
Positive count and you just lost a hand. I am adding a hand to change the flow!
So you can use these superstitions sometimes as cover and to keep the ploppies off your back.

At other times you take the heat.
High count, you have gone to a big bet on two hands and it pisses the ploppies off. Well if they do not like it, they can leave you alone. Just you and the dealer and a highly positive shoe, all is right with the world.

What you do not want to happen is their making a ton of noise that wakes the pit up.
Many pit types also believe in the flow because yesterday they were dealers. A few sharpe ones might pick up on you though.
Overall, I see many players who have no clue of bs or counting going just on hunches from one hand to two. The one thing that always happens is that when people win during this, no one utters a complaint. The complaints will only come if they lose. Selective memory is probably the cause of nearly all blackjack superstitions.

Spread and take some heat and sometimes you will rewarded with a positive heads up game.

Because I sat down and didn't want to play the first hand. the pit boss asid what was that about and I told him that the guy think I am going to mess up the cards by going in mid shoe. I have experienced in the past that I was winning almost every hand one on one with the dealer and someone came in and messed it up but when you are wonging why should you care about them? If they want no mid shoe they should go tro the $50 no mid shoe. One time I boought $90 worth of chips bet it all on the first hand won it the second hand I lost then bet more and more until at the end of the shoes I was up to 1650. It was no mid shoe so nobody could come in. If they could and did would I have won almost 1600 with 90 bucks? Of course not but sometimes it can help you but I agree in the sense that if I am winning and it does affect me then of course I don't like it + they eat cards. Those cards were brand new and I went out to the 15 dollar tables and lost like 100 in a shoe and went to another one and went back to the same exact amount 1650. There was this guy that was considerite enough not to come and and was suprised (I had to go to court) that I didn't want to play another shoe. There is such a thing as a hot shoe, the small card were probably cut out and the sequence was obviously in my favor. i also had time when I lost almost every hand, the time I blew 20k in the stargazer room in a few shoes, I really should have had someone there to eat the small cards. These guys asked me when iwas at the only hundred dollar table there and i said no but the truth is at the same betting level there hsould be less risk because you are playing less hands so sure you can lose 20k but I would have dropped dead from exhaustion at that point.
