Flat Bet
Can someone tell me what the win rate per hour would be on a SD, H17, DAS, DA2 with a flat bet of $100 with rule of 6 and 2 other players, using hi-lo with full indexes assuming you play all hands and then assuming you only play hands at -1 or better. Thanks.
