What's the best route to professional blackjack playing?
Should I jump in right away using only basic strategy? Or play at home until I have a counting system down pat? (my wife's been to dealer school so I can have her deal me games at home)
I have a lot of time to spend on learning... and my town has a lot of casinos.
So far I've read about ten books... I'm a bit overwhelmed with the number of different systems... in the beginning is it best to start out with an easy one like the hi/lo, or to work on a more complex one?
Like most people, I'd like to reduce the fleecing at the beginning to a minimum.
