the formula according comrad is using 6 decks src=rc-12 For knowing the true count it is shifted running count (SRC/dr) in order to get the true count?
If by example using red seven starting at zero the rc is 16 than I subtract 12 makes 4/dr= TC?

Or you could just start the running count at minus 12. Then (running count)/(decks remaining) = (true count)
I don't know why Conrad thinks his system is easier than this, unless he can't stand using negative numbers at the table. He actually has different indexes at different penetrations, which seems awfully complicated to me!
With what he calls the "shifted" system -- the system everybody else uses -- you just have one set of indexes. But you will need to get those straight from someone else. I don't use Red 7 myself.

I'm not sure that distinction even applies to Membrino's method, since he doesn't do any division to get his true counts. Did you read the example?
Some of the stuff in that link is troubling to me. I reviewed some of his stuff a year ago, but I don't remember anything about the bankroll recommendations.

If using a nearest 1/2 decks estimation for TC purposes could I use true edge method also 1/2 deck estimation, in order to run with the index numbers given for that count. Like wise High low asks for 1 deck estimation, therefore I could use True edge method also using 1 deck estimation to come to the same values.

The true edge method is something Arnold Snyder espoused. I think it's imcompatible with Membrino's system with different indexes (or different "conversions" to an index) at different penetrations.
The true counts mentioned in the article are whole deck true counts. Again, if you want a better opinion, suggest you ask Membrino himself on BJFOL.
