We all know the card removal values, which give us an idea of the general usefulness of cards for knowing when the deck is advantageous for betting. We also know the value of cards as "make-up" cards, i.e., initial or 2nd card in hand. Are there values of cards as strategy cards, and if so, where can I find them? I don't mean specific strategy decisions. I mean the general usefulness of a card for playing out the hand in general.
I need these values for a new playing strategy.
