Not sure if this old news on the free boards, but here goes:
At Eldorado in Reno, if you get a player's card, they have a freebie machine you can swipe the card thru every two hours. I swiped my card thru it a few times, along with a friend, and the most common offer we got was 2:1 BJ payout, $25 max bet.
The advantage with a flat bet and basic strategy is solid, 1+%, maybe 2% or so, depending on the rules, as I recall.
I'm here on business, so I didn't have time to check out the tables to see what the rules ware, but as mentioned, unless the rules are a nightmare, your advantage is very solid with basic strategy.
Add in card counting for an added advantage. Of course, with $25 max bet, you can't spread much.
Each slip the machine printed out had the player's name and club # on it, so you can't collect others' slips and use them. Still, I accumulated three slips with my name on them with almost no effort, just going back and forth from the show and the buffet.
Of course, the minute your coupons run out, your Cinderella Popeye-eats-spinach advantage is gone, and it's back to the dungeon of normal rules.
