It's nice of you to be working on SCAA71's question, however, I don't think you have the authority to tell anyone on which sites they may post.
While posting guideline #5 here at BJ21 says, "5.Do not post the same message multiple times, either on the same message board or on different boards.", I am confident that only applies to different boards on this site. I don't think the administration here ever tries to interfere with what is posted on other sites independent of this one.
On one site, SCAA71 stated that urgent help was needed. Certain persons who are recognized as reputable authorities on blackjack do not even read posts on other sites, let alone post on other sites. If someone wants answers from as many of these people as possible, there is certainly nothing wrong with asking all of them.

You should work on finding an answer to the poster's question instead...
Did a sim for the game you describe using basic strategy for Double Exposure and it shows a player advantage of 0.36% with a standard error of 0.01%. 120 million rounds were played.
