I know that Basic Strategy is the foundation of playing good blackjack, but I was just wonderin how much do you guys vary it when the count gets really high or low. For example, if the count is positive and you have say a 15 versus a dealer 7, normally basic strategy tells you to hit, but since the deck is rich in tens do you stand instead? I guess my question is how much do you guys vary basic strategy with the count, or do you mostly just vary your betting and stick with basic strategy for the most part? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but I am new to card counting. Any help would be appreciated.
