This sytem employs two running counts that I shall refer to as A and B. The count for this system is +1 to the A count for 2-5, +1 to the B count for 6-9, and -1 off both A and B counts for any ten valued card.
I have developed my own indices for this count and would like to know if there is any commericial simulator that can handle this count. I don't believe Casino Verite does.
I don't think D. Howard Mitchell originated this count, but he sold a system using this count, probably to not many buyers. I think he was asking $1500 for it at one time. I would also be curious to see how his indices compare to mine.
As you might expect, this count works very well on single deck games, and especially well on insurance if you dare risk it.
