Foxwoods is said to be better than Mohegan Sun, with better rules (S17) and penetration. Not sure if either is better than Vegas.
CT stands for Connecticut. In my opinion, Foxwoods is far superior to Mohegan Sun in every way, especially since MS has man continuous shuffle machines. FW is better than some LV casinos and worse than others. For East Coasters, it's a viable alternative to LV. As a vacation destination, LV is far superior to CT. All my opinion.
If the game in question doesn't offer surrender, it isn't worth much to the serious player. I don't care where it's located.
