Note:I have been lurking here since I saw this site on cable TV.
I use Revere basic stategy and do OK with it for small (I believe you guys call it Red)amounts.
In any event, I was delighted when they put those automatic shuffling machines at El Cortez and seem to have had more consistent results with them than with some dealers who seem to me have shuffles where seemingly few cards are actually being shuffled.
Then I went to the MGM to a table that had machine shuffling. The first thing I noticed was I was losing an abnormal amount of money. I mean I am used to streaks up and down but this was ridiculous. So i started to figure out why. Then I noticed the continous dealing machine.
Needless to say I will avoid these machines like the plague from now
on. Just my 2 cents omn the matter.
