Is there a book that covers all the different counting methods?

I've looked around and they all seem to cover only one or two methods. Its very frustrating when you want to compare them to decide which one you prefer.

Also, is there a website that accurately report the BE and PE for all the different counting methods?

The book you are looking for is Theory of Blackjack by Peter Griffin. It ain't no easy read though. I would recommend following Dog Hand's answer and go to Norm's site.

You should also dig around in the on-line library at Blackjackformumonline.com--i think there are a couple of articles there that can help you comare systems.

As mentioned by another poster, bjstats.com has a count selector helper, so you might check that out too.

But no one book has all the indices for all the systems. A few books have the tag values for many systems, but not the strategy tables. For that you have to buy the author's book.

My advice, learn a level once count first before you move up to a more difficult one. Hi-Lo is taught free online, just click on the blackjack link at this site.

I have his CVBJ and it does have the play indices for several count systems...indeed it has more strategy tables than any other single source that I have come across. It is a terrific product and worth getting. The library of count strategies is only on a the great features of the software.

Still, as Mr. W. himself mentions in the manual that comes with the product, one really should buy the book for the count system you choose rather than rely entirely on CVBJ. And as such, most books on the market support only one or two count systems.

First time I played in LV I used Thorp PC. And had great luck with it. (Not understanding RoR at the time - I had no idea how lucky.) But after meeting Revere it's been RPC ever since.

Smaller sims would be similar to a company viewing their financial statements to see if any changes need to be made. Waiting 10 years(long term) might be too late.

But your post is way up there with the most nonsensical of them all. Congratulations, that's no easy feat.
